Wellbeing at ISS

We nurture every child’s emotional, social and physical wellbeing, laying the foundation for their academic success and empowering them to thrive in all aspects of life.

By supporting the whole student, they are prepared to navigate challenges, build meaningful relationships, and achieve their ambitions – whether as entrepreneurs, leaders or innovators of the future.

Building the tools to help students succeed

By focusing on every child’s strengths and promoting resilience, we guide our students to flourish as confident, ethical and globally minded individuals.

The Wellbeing Team

Our Wellbeing Team works together to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.

Our pastoral curriculum

Our pastoral curriculum promotes the life skills and personal development that help students thrive in an ever-changing global environment. Our approach includes:

  • Specialised curriculum focused on positive relationships and wellbeing
  • Student mentoring programme bringing together older and younger students
  • Support when adapting to ISS as a new school
  • Encouraging students to take on leadership roles and develop an entrepreneurial mindset
  • School House system, promoting teamwork and collaboration

Safeguarding

Our school is a place where students can focus on learning and personal growth, free from fear or harm. Through our stringent safeguarding protocols, our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DDSLs) oversee a secure and supportive environment where every student feels valued and protected.
